JobPerfectResume provides digital resume-building and related services. Since our services are delivered online, no physical products are shipped.
After a successful payment, credits are instantly added to the user’s account. These credits can be used immediately to generate resumes and related content digitally.
Resume outputs and documents are delivered within the platform interface. In some cases, we may also send delivery confirmations and support communication through email.
Digital services are available to use instantly after purchase. There is no waiting period or physical dispatch process required.
If credits are delivered but the resume fails to generate due to a technical issue, the used credits will be restored to the user's account.
