Refund & Cancellation Policy

JobPerfectResume provides digital resume-building and related services through a prepaid credit system. Users purchase credits and use those credits to generate resumes and AI-assisted content. Once credits are delivered to the user’s account, the purchase is considered complete.

Cancellations

Because our credits and services are digital and accessible instantly after purchase, we do not accept cancellations once an order is completed and credits are added to the user account.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds on purchased credits, whether they are used or unused. Credits represent prepaid access to our digital services, and delivery of credits constitutes service fulfillment.

If Resume Generation Fails

If credits are consumed but the resume fails to generate due to a technical issue, the used credits will be restored to the user’s account so the user may attempt generation again. No monetary refund will be provided in this case.
